LET THE DAY GO

An evening ritual to unwind body and mind

4 Thursdays: 12, 19, 26 November & 3 December 2026

Does this sound familiar?

Can't switch off?

Your mind still replaying the day, your body still holding it in your shoulders, your jaw, your chest?

Feeling the weight of everything happening in the world?

Finding it hard to truly rest?

Let the Day Go is an island of peace, from the comfort of your home. For four consecutive Thursdays, we gather live online to release what the day has left in us and ease gently into the evening.

Each of us practises in our own space, and yet we do it together. There's a strength in letting go alongside others, in knowing that, for this hour, we're all giving ourselves permission to feel what's there, to relax and to rest.

This isn't another self-improvement course. There's nothing to fix or achieve. It's an invitation to let yourself be moved, to relax and to simply be – and from there, sleep can come more easily.

In times like these, that permission isn't a luxury. It's what helps us meet them.

What to expect

  • A short check-in to arrive
  • The Non-linear Movement Method®: an intuitive way of moving that helps your body let go of what it's been holding and find its way back to balance
  • Guided full-body relaxation practices
  • Plenty of time to rest and integrate

Some evenings lean more into movement, others more into stillness. As your body learns to truly rest, the transition into sleep can begin to feel easier.

What you'll take with you

Think of it as a 4-week mini course in how you move into your evenings.

Along the way, I'll share what supports a healthy evening routine from a body and nervous system perspective, so you can build simple practices of your own to return to on any night, with or without the class. Practising in your own space is part of this.

The body loves repetition, and repetition helps the nervous system feel safe. Over four weeks, your body starts to remember what it feels like to unwind at home, which makes it much easier to keep going once the course ends.

The aim isn't that you need me to unwind, but that you know how to do it for yourself.

In her work with individuals, couples and groups, she sees how many of us carry the day in our bodies long after it’s over. Let the Day Go grew out of that: a simple way to put the day down, feel what’s there and ease into rest. Her teaching blends depth, warmth and a touch of playfulness, with an invitation to make even an ordinary evening a little more beautiful.
